More than twenty men attend the first NUDE IN held in CASTRO COMMONS PLAZA on 7.30.11.
Join this bold group of nudists promoting the message of body freedom and acceptance.

The first NUDE IN event was held in the popular CASTRO COMMONS PLAZA.  Known in recent
months as a hang-out for public nudists, this busy mini-park at the crossroads of famous MARKET
and CASTRO STREETS was chosen for it's central and highly visible location.  More than twenty naked
men showed up for the first NUDE IN event on a sunny Saturday afternoon.  Our group came out to
promote body freedom and acceptance, as well as show off some skin to the weekend crowd.  Many of the
naked men posed for photographs with fans and tourists while other BUDS showed off signs with
messages like, "DON'T CALL 911, NUDITY IS NOT AN EMERGENCY", "NAKED PEOPLE WILL
RULE THE WORLD" and "NUDITY IS NOT A CRIME". The group remained in the plaza for more
than two hours enjoying some very public bucknakedness with the crowd.
